By accessing or using BlueCrazii (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

BlueCrazii provides timetable viewing, selection, and export tools, including optional export to Google Sheets.

The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of festival schedules, artist listings, stage assignments, or set times, which may change.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Your Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only in a lawful and respectful manner.

• Do not misuse or interfere with the Service.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code.

5. Google Account Integration

If you choose to sign in with Google or export to Google Sheets, you authorize us to interact with your Google account only as needed to perform the requested action.

You remain responsible for your own Google account and may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or policy changes caused by Google or other third-party services.

6. User Data and Content

You retain your rights to any data you input or export through the Service.

You grant us a limited right to process that data only as necessary to operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any exported content complies with applicable law and does not infringe the rights of others.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service, only a limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

The Service may rely on third-party platforms or services, including Google Sheets and Google Sign-In. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability, security, or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, will be error-free, or that exported data will always be complete, accurate, or lossless.
