1. Introduction
Welcome to BlueCrazii (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use BlueCrazii (the “Service”).
BlueCrazii allows users to view festival timetable data, save selections, and export timetable information to their own Google Sheets account.
2. Information We Collect
We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.
Information you provide through Google Sign-In
- your Google account email address
- basic profile information made available by Google, if any
Information created through your use of the Service
- your timetable selections
- export preferences
- spreadsheet creation actions initiated by you
Local browser storage
BlueCrazii may store timetable selections and preferences locally in your browser using local storage. Festival timetable selections are primarily stored locally in the user’s browser unless and until the user chooses to export them to Google Sheets.
3. How We Use Information
We use information only to provide and improve the Service, including to:
- authenticate your Google account
- create or export timetable data to your Google Sheets account at your request
- remember your selected sets and preferences
- maintain and improve app functionality
- prevent abuse or misuse of the Service
4. Google Data
If you choose to connect your Google account, we access Google data only as needed to perform the actions you request.
For example, if you use the export feature, we may use Google permissions to create a Google Sheet in your account and write timetable data into that sheet.
We do not sell your Google data. We do not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill legitimate business or legal purposes.
Information stored in your browser’s local storage remains there until you remove it or clear your browser data.
If we store account-related data on our servers, we will delete it when it is no longer needed for the Service, subject to legal obligations.
7. Your Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
You may also stop using the Service at any time, revoke Google account access through your Google account permissions settings, and clear local browser storage to remove locally saved selections.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International Users
If you use the Service from outside the country where it is operated, your information may be processed in other countries where data protection laws may differ.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
